Workshop Saturday 29th June 1.30pm-5pm £40
Quakers meeting room, Coventry city centre.

I keep getting the sense to return home to love. This is a huge theme and a life's calling.

As a result, myself (Amanda) and my mentor Helen will be running a heart centred workshop on this theme, including yoga movement (for all abilities), meditation and breathwork, reregulation of the nervous system, gentle soul inquiry from a psychotheraputic perspective, and a beautiful full Soundbath with gongs, bowls and so much more.

I am so excited about Helens soundbath. If you've never experienced one, they are utterly divine and deeply shifting, inducing deeper states of consciousness. I try to attend one or two a month where possible.

Helen is a Psychotherapist so we will be feeling into what self love is, and indeed what the Self is. This will reference the hero's journey we are all on.

This workshop will involve aspects of spirituality, so will include mysticism and the role of vibration.

SATURDAY APRIL 6th,
2pm till 5pm @ The Poplars yoga cabin.

Out with the old and in with the new.. 🙏

The afternoon will be blowing away the cobwebs, with Shamanic teachings, working with the element of air.
Yoga to invite you into spring with new vigour, waking up your chakra flow with graceful ease.
Inspiring teachings to activate your creativity, and more. With a tasty vegan treat to ground as the afternoon closes.
