On Wednesday 19th August, we're so excited to welcome Abi for a joyful Family Drumming Circle.

This isn't about being musical or performing. It's about sharing an experience together.

Research has shown that drumming can support focus, coordination, listening skills and wellbeing, but more than anything, it brings people together in a way that's hard to describe until you've experienced it for yourself.

Whether your young person is outgoing or quietly finding their place, everyone is welcome. There are no wrong notes—just an opportunity to laugh, learn and make memories together.

A little late posting this one… sometimes doing social media melts my brain more than this heat! 🙈

It was lovely to go back for a second visit to the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital recently to run another drumming session for staff.

As always, there were plenty of laughs, lots of rhythm and a few people admitting afterwards that they enjoyed it far more than they expected!

I genuinely believe doing something a bit different can make such a positive difference. Stepping outside of your comfort zone, having fun, connecting with others and switching off for an hour or two is something we could all do with sometimes.

A big thank you to everyone who joined in, you were brilliant! 💚

Loved this Drumming Circle with some of the staff at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital last week 🎶

A brilliant team-building session full of laughter, rhythm and connection. It’s so nice to create a space for everyone to let go, enjoy themselves and throw some shapes! 💃

My amazing friend Leah was booked to come for a massage today - she also happens to run Exmoor Equine Dental Services 🐴 🦷

After Pudding was chewing a bit awkwardly the other day, Leah stopped at the yard first to check her teeth… and what are friends for if they can’t whip out a wobbly tooth in under 10 seconds?! 😂

Massage well earned and a big thanks from Pudding and me 💕🙌🏻

A few moments from our lovely Reiki Share last week ✨

With six of us there we started the evening working in pairs before coming together for some beautiful group sessions. We like to make these a bit of a freestyle! Using Reiki alongside crystals, tuning forks, sound and whatever else we felt guided to use in the moment…💫
