Loved this Drumming Circle with some of the staff at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital last week 🎶

A brilliant team-building session full of laughter, rhythm and connection. It’s so nice to create a space for everyone to let go, enjoy themselves and throw some shapes! 💃

My amazing friend Leah was booked to come for a massage today - she also happens to run Exmoor Equine Dental Services 🐴 🦷

After Pudding was chewing a bit awkwardly the other day, Leah stopped at the yard first to check her teeth… and what are friends for if they can’t whip out a wobbly tooth in under 10 seconds?! 😂

A few moments from our lovely Reiki Share last week ✨

With six of us there we started the evening working in pairs before coming together for some beautiful group sessions. We like to make these a bit of a freestyle! Using Reiki alongside crystals, tuning forks, sound and whatever else we felt guided to use in the moment…💫

What a lovely evening we had Drumming on Thursday! We’re so grateful to everyone who came along. It’s so nice to see familiar faces returning, alongside new people joining the circle too. 🪘

There was lots of laughter and conversations flowing, people realising crossed paths and meeting like-minded souls! Thank you all for helping create such a nice atmosphere 💛

Our next gathering will be at the Kingston St Mary Village Fete on Saturday 13th June - more details to follow! ✨
