Just an introduction about me to my new followers.
7 years leading walks across Dartmoor (22
years exploring it) and it still finds new ways to surprise me.
Before that, my boots earned their stripes properly in the Andes, Himalayas, The South West Coast Path and more soggy hillsides than I can count. Turns out none of that fully prepares you for Dartmoor weather, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Expect good banter, and a walk shaped around what you actually want to get out of it - not a rigid script. I read the group, read the weather, and adapt on the fly (occupational hazard of loving a good challenge).
