Eating tiny portions all day isn’t what actually gets results.
I see this so often. Women cutting back, feeling hungry, pushing through, and still not seeing the progress they want.
Recently one of my clients told me she had more energy, fewer crashes during the day, less desire for sugary foods and had lost weight too.
The interesting part? We didn’t focus on eating as little as possible.
We focused on building meals that were more satisfying. Adding more fruit and vegetables. Including foods that contain fibre. Making sure meals actually kept her going between meals.
Because the goal isn’t to get through the next few weeks.
It’s to build habits that still feel manageable months and years from now.
