As we close out our Volunteer Manager Gary reflects on the tangible impact our volunteers have on our services & clients.

"Week-in, week-out, our befrienders listen, support, empathise, encourage. They build trust and mutual respect. They look to increase their client’s engagement with their community, and help improve their wellbeing and confidence to be more independent."

From 11th May – 11th June it's Smile Month—and this year is extra special as it marks the 50th anniversary!

Good oral health means having a mouth that’s comfortable, functional and free from disease. It helps you:
✔ Eat and speak comfortably
✔ Keep your teeth strong and gums healthy
✔ Maintain fresh breath
✔ Feel confident when you smile

Join the celebration and take part in the Smile Wall 😄 https://ow.ly/c6Eg50Z67Nj

Have your say on SWR train timetables ⬇️

SWR is overhauling its timetables for the first time in over 20 years. Whilst timetable changes won't solve all the issues with rail services in our area, it's important to have your say. No need to register, just drop-in!
