Some weekends stay with you long after they’ve ended.
I’m back in the studio in Kew, holding 1:1 sessions. But a part of me is still with everyone who joined us for Reclaim Your Breath.
Every training reminds me that breathwork isn’t about fixing ourselves. It’s about creating enough safety to meet ourselves exactly as we are. Watching people arrive with curiosity, move through discomfort, reconnect with themselves, and leave a little lighter is something I’ll never take for granted.
To everyone who shared your breath, your stories, your tears, your laughter, your courage… thank you. It was an honour to hold that space with you.
People often ask me why I keep doing this work. The answer is simple. Because every time we gather, I’m reminded that real transformation doesn’t come from trying harder it comes from slowing down enough to listen.
If you’ve been feeling a quiet pull towards this work, maybe it’s not a coincidence.
Over the next few months, there are a few ways we can breathe together:
❤️2-hour Breath Workshop is on the 22nd August in Central London.
❤️ Reclaim Your Breath: 5-6 September.
❤️ And something I’m deeply excited about… from 2-6 October, I’ll be joined by my mentor, dear friend and senior trainer, Sibel Kavunglu, for a special immersive experience.
I hope you give yourself one conscious breath today. Sometimes that’s where everything begins.
