31/12/2025
2025 asked more of me than I ever expected.
This year brought illness, uncertainty, and long weeks of living between hospitals while supporting the people I love. It was heavy, and it changed me.
What carried me through wasn’t force it was presence.
I received my mum’s diagnosis while I was co-training in breathwork training, and from that moment on, the breath became my anchor once again.
I’m deeply grateful for the breathwork community that held me, and for the work that allowed me to keep showing up for myself and for others. This year, I continued offering workshops, 1:1 sessions, retreats, and stepped into my role as a trainer with humility.
This isn’t about pushing through.
It’s about trusting the breath and allowing support.
With gratitude, I close 2025 and stepping into 2026 softer, steadier, and rooted.
