I often get asked what a class actually entails. My standard answer is normally something along the lines of chaos and a lot of giggles... sometimes we're all togetehr and sometimes no one knows what's happening.
However, that doesn't actually tell you what we do... so he's a little lockdown timelapse which will give you a much better idea than any of the ramblings I can come out with!
