Members of our Mummy Movement class and here is what they think of the class 💫

This is why I started Mummy Movement, to empower mums to be able to exercise with their little ones, in a safe, happy and welcoming environment ✨

We hold classes every Monday and Wednesday at 10:15am at My Little Play Place ☁️ - if you’d like to join us, I’d love to meet you! My class timetable is up on my bio link or always feel free to message me with any questions ♥️

1. Weighted dead bugs - 16 reps (8 per side)
2. Bear hold with rotations - 12 reps in total
3. Bear hold hover with ball squeezes - 12 squeezes

2026 Great West Run Half marathon complete!!

Most definitely our biggest challenge to date in 30 degrees 😂😰 but we tried our best and smashed it! (And still loved it!)

Absolutely a day to slow the pace, listen to our bodies. I was given a great piece of advice before, where it’s about The finish Line not the Finish Time in a heatwave and I loved this!

It’s always a special run to run with my dad and have Mum, James and Ottie chase around after us to support us and keep us going 🥰 even they did 5 miles supporting us!

A wonderful experience, see you next year! 🏃🏼‍♀️

Still feels very surreal for me when I release my next classes for Mummy Movement and I see the bookings coming in straight away✨

Now my mummy movement classes are booking up 6–8 weeks in advance and honestly… I’ll never stop being grateful for every single person who trusted me from the beginning.

When I first started Mummy Movement, it was something I really wanted to do, I believed that there was a real need for it and I wanted to help mums to feel good.

But it wasn’t easy. At the start, there were classes with just a few ladies. Moments I questioned myself and times I wondered if it would grow.

But I kept going, knowing that in my heart, it was absolutely needed and something that I knew would help mums.

Now every class is fully booked, with a waiting list 🤯

And these booking notifications still make me emotional.

Thank you for supporting my little business, my vision, and this community of mums. It means more than you know.

MEET FAYE 😍😍😍

I shared Faye’s progress a few months back and since then, she’s kept smashing it and I wanted to share this with you since looking back and seeing just how far Faye has come since last year.

1.4 stone down (since May!) and so much energy, strength and glow gained!!

Faye is so dedicated and is a member of my online workout platform and also Mummy Movement classes, I love how I can challenge her with strong weights now (and secretly she loves it!!) because she’s worked hard to gain strength and how she has been able to reach her goals, mostly at home alongside her little one!

Keep up the great work Faye, I love working with you and having you as a member ❤️

I know your story will inspire and motivate many ✨
