✨️Soft September Sound Bath ✨

This one feels a teeny bit magical to me…
September is such a beautiful little in-between.... Summer hasn’t quite left us, but autumn hasn’t fully arrived either. It’s that soft space between what has been and what is still to come.

And I thought… what better time to simply pause?

I’d love to welcome you into my space for a beautiful, gentle sound journey. A safe, cosy and welcoming evening where you don’t need to do anything or be anything just come, lie down, breathe and allow yourself to be held in the sounds.
Maybe take a little moment to reflect on the summer that’s been. Maybe think about what you’d like to carry forward, or simply let yourself switch off completely.

As always, afterwards we’ll have herbal tea, cake and a little time to connect if you’d like to. Or you can simply stay cosy, quiet and enjoy a little more stillness. 🤍

I can’t wait to share this one with you.
Come and spend a little time with me, with yourself, and in that beautiful space between seasons. ✨
