Each different season I bring together a carefully selected aromatherapy blend and for September the Pause Autumn Ritual brings together a warming seasonal treatment combining soothing massage, aromatherapy, comforting hot towels and plenty of time to switch off.

Choose from:

🍂 40 minutes – £42
Back, décolletage, face and scalp massage with a hot towel compress across the back.

🍂 70 minutes – £62
A full-body aromatherapy massage including the face and scalp, with comforting hot towels used throughout.

Autumn is also a lovely time to give your skin, hands and natural nails some extra care. After a hot summer our skin may need some additional support and good exfoliation.

My CLINICCARE facial collection includes relaxing and results-focused treatments from 45 to 90 minutes, with options including professional skincare, back massage and carboxytherapy.

Natural nail care includes OPI ProSpa manicures, gel polish, and IBX strengthening treatments, with the emphasis always on gentle preparation and supporting the condition of your natural nails.

That is completely normal, especially when you know you need something, but you are not sure whether that something is massage, reflexology, a facial, hormonal wellbeing support, natural nail care or confidence work.

The new Find the Right Support page helps you start with how you feel, rather than expecting you to know the treatment name.

You can choose from things like:

I need to relax and release tension

Keep hydrated, close curtains during the hottest part of the day, move walks or gardening to earlier or later, and give your body a chance to slow down.

If the heat is leaving you feeling heavy, tense, restless or tired, Cool, Calm & Reset may help you feel a little more comfortable.

The Confidence Reset is now part of the Mind & Confidence support at Pause.

This is for women who feel anxious, stuck, held back by fear, overthinking, procrastination or self-doubt.

It is based on CONTROL system principles and hypnotherapy-informed positive change work, but it does not involve trance, being put under or losing control. You remain awake, aware and involved throughout.

The first step is a 45-minute consultation, where we talk through what you would like to change and whether this support feels right for you.
