Yesterday's Kingswood sesh was πŸ”₯!!

What lovely feels we had: a welcome breeze at points, shade from the trees, Minis enjoying a picnic and some scooting around! 🌳 It's a proper little social 😍

And let's not forget the expected rogue-ness of the session...lots of you had never used mini bands before πŸ’ͺ Never underestimate the power of those bad boys! We certainly hope those arms and legs are feeling it today 😝

Don't forget Kingswood sessions are totally FREE to attend, thanks to funding from South Gloucestershire Council ✨️ We always have room for more, and we will be there throughout the summer β˜€οΈ

The newest Core Wellness team member is here! 🩡

This boy made an appearance to a very special song - his Mummy and Daddy's wedding song which was an utterly beautiful surprise 😭 "When you walk into the room..." never hit SO hard!!

What a wonderful journey its been to get to this point, made even better by all the support, experiences and words of encouragement from you all πŸ₯Ή Now let the new (and challenging) adventure of him coming to classes begin 🀣

On that note, Alex will be delivering our Wednesday ✨️ free ✨️outdoor session in Kingswood Park tomorrow! 🌳πŸ₯³ Given the weather, she will be keeping the session lower impact, really honing in on the strength components to keep the session manageable and enjoyable. There should be enough shade under the trees to provide coolness and a breeze πŸ™Œ

It's no secret that we absolutely love what we do. Work hard, play hard - keep partying like it's your job, as Neyo would say ✌️

But whilst doing what we do is the best feeling, it's not about us. It's about all of you, and the Mamas who we are yet to welcome. Many of you will know just how daunting it can be to return to exercise, come to classes alone, worry about how your Mini will be, or even how others will perceive you. Any words of encouragement or your personal experiences of classes with us would go a long way if you were able to help us with a review on our page πŸ™

37 weeks and I can't stay away because our Mama community is just TOO GOOD and you make us feel on top of the world πŸŒπŸ’«

Lots of you are asking how classes will look since we don't have long until our next team member arrives... and I plan to go right up until the end 🀞 So for some clarity, here is how the next few weeks will look:

❀️ Monday 11th, Tuesday 12th & Wednesday 13th May: CLASSES AS NORMAL

❀️ Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th May: CLASSES AS NORMAL

❀️ Short break from Wednesday 20th and back for Kingswood only from Wednesday 27th May

❀️ 1st June onwards: CLASSES AS NORMAL

✨️ Alex will be going solo for a short amount of time, so all the love and backing she can get will go a long way - but with too much time, she'll go rogue.. gotta watch that one 😈🀣 I plan to come back and join for the social, the sanity and the morale support (🫠πŸ₯±) before getting back into it with you all once my body is ready πŸ’ͺπŸ™Œ
