Happy Halloween everyone!
I made this pumpkins for display at this weekend markets. and .
The unfortunate thing is that saturday I was so late and tired from the hard working week that I forgot to bring it with me at the RARE farmers market. South Norwood market got cancelled today due to very extreme wind and weather.
This pumpkins never got to be displayed.
Tonight Jess and I are enjoying it with a nice glass of English wine and an healthy salmon dish!

We are so exited to be tomorrow. We will bring all or most popular products! … fresh pasta, delicious pasta sauces, our famous giardiniera della nonna; vegetables, marinated and preserved using uk, cold pressed oil.
We will also have some of Jess’ delicious biscuits.
Not to forget our amazing Fresh basil pesto and roasted peppers pesto!

Good morning kidbrooke Village!!!
Today we are here Pegler Square.
All we do is home made, Made from scratch in our own little kitchen!
Today we have got our ever popular selection of pasta sauces: puttanesca sauce, oven baked tomatoes sauce, peppers sauce, beef ragù, duck ragù and N’duja sauce. We also have our delicious selections of giardiniera della nonna: seasonal vegetables marinated and cooked with a dash of vinegar and preserved in uk oil. Also we have got our home made cured meat and ricotta: smoked duck breast, chianti and black pepper cured pork fillet, refreshing Turkey breast made with ginger, basil and rosemary, and our ever popular oven baked ricotta! .
Hole is home made in our own little kitchen. Small but very well organised!! We are here till 3pm

Spaghetti alla chitarra Made with egg yolks only, designed to absorb better the sauce goodness and keep al dente for longer. It is a superior pasta, tray it and you won’t be disappointed!
Tomorrow , Saturday the 24th) you can find us in Richmond in Heron Square, we will bring our legendary pasta sauces , fresh pasta made with egg yolk and fresh pesto.
We are also going to bring our giardiniera della nonna; marinated seasonal vegetables, cooked with a dash of vinegar and preserved in UK oil. Perfect to use in antipasti or in sandwiches with our delicious cured meat and oven baked ricotta!
I’m so exited to meet you all in Richmond This Saturday the 24th. Come to have a taste of our wonderful products.
