This week, 8-14 June is Diabetes Week in the UK. π

1. Check your feet every day including between your toes - If you canβt see your feet use a small mirror or ask someone else to take a look for you.
2. Wash your feet - Wash your feet daily and dry carefully, particularly between your toes.
3. Wear properly fitting socks and footwear - Shoes and socks that fit correctly will help keep your feet healthy.
4. Moisturise your feet - Moisturise daily but avoid putting cream between your toes.
