The past few weeks have been a bit of a whirlwind finishing my GP Exercise Referral course, while also working with some lovely 1:1 clients and keeping up with my boys.
This qualification allows me to safely support people who may be managing things like back pain, joint problems, or other health conditions, using carefully adapted Pilates to help improve strength, mobility and overall wellbeing.lookinf forward to completing it.

Monday morning Pilates classes are continuing as usual, and it has been such a lovely group.
