What a great start to my morning up at Dunnet Bay.....met these two lovely folks, AJ and Jake, who built and run the Seaview Sauna and enjoyed a session with some other local residents and an idyllic spot on Scotland's North Coast.

The Wh**ky Barrel cold dip tubs were awesome and all filmed for this Sunday's episode as I continue my journey around the entire coast of mainland Scotland 😎

A little August update ☀️

Our communal sessions will be **limited throughout August** due to a busy schedule of private bookings, some planned maintenance, and a short holiday.

Thank you for your patience and understanding—we'll still have some sessions available, some are already booked up! so keep an eye on our schedule and book early to avoid missing out.

We can't wait to welcome you back for a fuller timetable soon! 💛

We all had such a good time and always so nice to meet new people! Definitely the perfect way to reset and relax. Highly recommend getting out to Seaview Sauna 🙌🏻
