Lately, I’m hearing the same words again and again…
“I’m exhausted.”
“I can’t switch off.”
“I feel like I’m constantly giving but never quite catching up.”
🤯 So many people are carrying the weight of doing more, being more, and keeping all the plates spinning. And yet, we are in the Year of the Fire Horse—a year of powerful energy, movement, and momentum.
Beautiful qualities, but if we aren’t grounded, it can leave us feeling depleted and burnt out.
As we move towards the Summer Solstice, the height of light and energy, I find myself returning to my crystal of the year: Red Jasper ❤️
Its energy isn’t rushed or demanding. It reminds me to slow down, root deeply, and move steadily. To honour my own rhythms rather than trying to keep pace with everyone else.
😳 Burnout rarely happens overnight. It’s often the result of many small moments where we place ourselves at the bottom of the list.
What if this season was an invitation to do something different?
To create space.
To build practices that support your nervous system.
To reconnect with yourself before exhaustion becomes your normal.
