Tash came into this review already super fit, with her focus firmly on sports performance and improving body composition rather than simply chasing a number on the scales.

What makes these results even more impressive is that since her last review, Tash has had a small operation and has been unable to exercise at all. No gym sessions, no runs, no training.

The stats below are the improvement in body composition in the 3 weeks since her last review… purely through the correct nutrition

✅ 1.3% increase in hydration
✅ 1lb increase in lean muscle
✅ 4 years reduction in metabolic age
