A New Home for Insight Counselling!
From the beginning of April am finally able to offer face to face client sessions again and I couldn't be happier about it. I will be based in Chelston Torquay and working Monday to Thursday, offering evening appointments too. 😊 💕

What a year it has been and to sit alongside clients whilst they add Covid, lockdown and isolation to some already very difficult issues has been a huge privilege for me. Over the year I have done this 746 times and frequently feel deeply humbled, moved and honoured by what people share with me. This year has been particularly challenging for us all so looking forward to a few days off with Piers and Indie, some long walks, some laughter and definitely the odd glass or two! 😁

As a counsellor I couldn't recommend listening to this more.
Evey day I work with beautiful humans that struggle with low self worth, low self esteem and the need to be perfect in the eyes of others.
None of us is perfect and that is a wonderful thing... ❤️

As per the Government guidelines I am hoping to resume face to face client sessions in July.
I will be writing and publishing my social distancing protocol both here and on my website and am really looking forward to seeing clients again whilst doing everything possible to ensure both their safety and mine.
It has been a long few months for Insight Counselling and I can't wait to resume some normality and continue the work that I love... 😁

During this very difficult time I feel so lucky that I am still able to support my clients by moving to online/telephone sessions. For many it’s even more convenient than face to face counselling because there’s no travel, no parking just counselling in the comfort of your own home.
