A little throwback to this time last year ✨

We had the pleasure of welcoming the lovely Lesley Pearse into EC for treatment. Not quite sure how I forgot to post this at the time… but it definitely deserves its moment!

One of my most asked questions is… “who massages you?”

Answer: I practice what I preach 🙌 I make sure I get my own treatment in at least once a month to keep everything moving, recovering, and feeling its best.

I’m lucky enough to swap treatments with a colleague at Essentials Chiropractic & Physio Clinic — we love a good trade 🤝 Nothing better than helping each other stay on top form!

Moral of the story: you can’t pour from an empty cup… even therapists need therapy 😉
