Rooted in Peace Abbie has trained in a range of different massage styles, centering in a holistic approach.

Her passion for deep listening led her to study Craniosacral therapy and working with the connect tissue (Fascia). Abbie works with meeting the body where it is at, allowing fro space and balance to be created within the whole system in a deeply held presence. Through observing clients and my own system I have found lighter, more informed touch allows the body to heal at a deeper level; nurturing

With Craniosacral there is a chance to be with what is. To soften into this precious moment and let the rest go for a while. Within that presence is the possibility for deep rest and a deep remembrance. The nervous system remembers it’s safe to just be.

This is one of the simple beautiful offerings of Craniosacral. I’m forever grateful for everything this practice reminds me and for all of my clients that are constantly teaching me and that humble me continuously into the depth of this human experience.

The path of healing, of coming back to our true nature takes time and consistent tending. Our bodies crave to be listened to, to be held, to be witnessed.
The more I allow myself to be held and witnessed by another the more layers of holding and restrictions fall from my being as I dissolve patterns and acknowledge and accept where I am and where I have come from.

I take the hands of all of the parts of me I have hidden, all the parts that have been stored deep inside my subconscious self, the parts I exiled and the parts that have been frozen in my body.

I allow a dissolving into the fluidic nature of my being. As I return to this soft remembrance, the deep earth of my being, my true blueprint, my deep knowing.
I can begin again. From this deep sense of self and chose to remember my true essence, and choose to remember this journey takes gentle tending, gentle nurturing and so much love.
