A slightly random question.

When was the last time you changed your toothpaste?

Most of us pick up the same one we've always used without giving it much thought.

Now, although I love my ESSENS products, there are still a few products from my Forever Living days that I continue to use because, quite simply, I've not found a better alternative.

One of those is Forever Bright Toothgel.

I've been using it for years and it's one of those products I always have in the bathroom cupboard. It contains aloe vera and bee propolis, has a fresh minty taste, and leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed.

I think sometimes we assume we need lots of complicated products to look after ourselves, but some of the best products are the everyday essentials we use morning and night without even thinking about them.

For me, this is one of those products.

Let's talk about something we all use every day, but probably don't think about very often.

Deodorant.

Most of us spend time choosing our skincare, shampoo, shower gel and fragrance, yet when it comes to deodorant, we often just grab whatever we've always used.

The ESSENS Aloe Vera Deodorant Stick is one of those products that doesn't get nearly enough attention.

A Little Bottle With Endless Possibilities

I've always loved fragrance, but sometimes it's not about what you're wearing - it's about how your home feels. That's one of the reasons I enjoy using essential oils.

The Product Nobody Expects Me To Talk About.

Let's be honest, nobody joins a fragrance and skincare business expecting to get excited about laundry detergent!

But this is one of those products that quietly earns its place in the home.

Today I'm off to learn something completely new, hand reflexology!

If I'm honest, I don't know a huge amount about it yet, but that's exactly why I'm looking forward to the course. From what I understand, different areas of the hands are linked to different parts of the body, and techniques can be used to encourage relaxation and wellbeing.

I always enjoy learning new things, especially when they might help me support others in a gentle, holistic way.

By the end of today, I'm hoping to have a much better understanding of how it works, why it's used, and maybe even pick up a few techniques to practise.
