When I first met this lovely client, she was dealing with the long-term effects of poorly placed tear trough filler from a few years ago (done elsewhere).
The over-filling and incorrect placement had caused persistent swelling and puffiness under the eyes.

Our strategic treatment plan:

1️⃣ Dissolved the old, migrated filler to create a clean, natural baseline.
