Carry on the theme from our first retreat, centred around heart connection, we are pleased to offer a second day focussing on restoring our inner balance.

We have created a safe space for you to connect with yourself, others and Nature, allowing time for you to process, reflect and take steps towards stillness, healing and inner peace.
