Hello, I am Sevi. I am a British Wheel of Yoga-trained teacher with 15 years of experience teaching yoga across Wiltshire. I offer a gentle, mindful approach to yoga, blending somatic movement practices that enhance body awareness, fluidity, and natural balance. My Teaching Style

I aim to create a space where everyone feels safe, welcome and happy. I am influenced by the teachings of Vanda Scara

velli and playful Somatic practices. It is a gentle approach, working with the body rather than against the body. The practice focuses on restoring the natural movement patterns and fluidity of the body, rewiring the nervous system and re-mapping good movement patterns to undo the not very useful habits. Restoring natural equilibrium requires slowing down and working patiently by diving deeper underneath our skin, unfolding and undoing what stops us moving. Having a fluid body and a calm mind, we can move through life with more joy and ease…

Everyone is welcome to the classes, beginners or advanced.
