A little goodbye to our lovely Martha 🤍 Tomorrow morning is Martha’s last shift with us, and we’re feeling a little bit emotional about it!

Martha has been part of the Black Swan team for just under a year, and in that time she’s become such a special part of our little sauna family. Many of you will have been welcomed, hosted and looked after by this wonderful woman, and we know she’s made plenty of your visits that little bit more special. 🥰

We’re so sad to see her move on, but incredibly proud of her as she heads off on to her next adventure. We know Martha is going to go on to achieve whatever she sets her mind to. ✨

We’ve loved having her as part of our team, from birthday celebrations in the plunge pools, to lake dips, team days and all the little moments in between. 🩷

So, if Martha has looked after you during one of your visits, please leave her a little message in the comments and help us give her the send-off she deserves. We’d love for her to see how much she’s been appreciated. 🥹

A little pause for Black Swan Sauna 🖤

For the first time since opening on 28 March 2025, Black Swan Sauna is taking a small break. We’ve been open every single week since launch, so this little off-peak pause feels very well deserved!

The next couple of weeks will give the sauna a little TLC and maintenance, while also giving the team some time to plan and prepare for an exciting autumn and winter season ahead. 🍂🔥

We’ll be back open from Wednesday 26th August, with a special pop-up session on Friday 21st August.

This July, we're teaming up with our neighbours at Wild Herb at The Field Kitchen to bring you the ultimate summer evening.

✨ Start with a 55-minute wood-fired sauna overlooking the lake, cool off in our plunge pools, then relax on the grass with a delicious picnic dinner surrounded by beautiful countryside.

🍽️ Your ticket includes:
🔥 55-minute communal sauna
💧 Plunge pools & outdoor shower
🥗 Main course
🍰 Dessert
🫖 Unlimited herbal teas & water

⏰ Choose from:
• 5:00pm sauna → 6:00pm picnic
• 6:00pm sauna → 7:00pm picnic

With just 6 spaces per sauna session, this is an intimate evening perfect for friends, couples, or anyone looking to slow down, connect with nature and enjoy great food with lovely company.

💚 If demand is high, we'll look at opening an additional 4:00pm sauna / 5:00pm picnic session.

We were honored to welcome Dawn Harding from for our Summer Solstice event ☀️

Two groups alternating between the Sauna heat with Aromatherapy and Cold Plunge Pools followed by a blissful hour of Sound Bathing and Meditation.

The beautiful Oak tree at gifted us with the perfect amount of shade.

A blessed Summer evening where everyone left feeling at greatful and at peace 🙏

Tickets are now live for our Wild Floating Ritual & Sauna Experience 🫶

Set on the lake at , this two-hour session is designed to help you slow down, switch off and fully reset.

You’ll move between the grounding warmth of our wood-fired sauna at and a floating sound bath ritual on the water, guided by Maddy from .vibewellnessofficial

Think soft, resonant sound… gentle movement of the lake… heat and stillness… all working together to bring your body into a deeply relaxed state.

We keep these sessions small (just 12 people per session) to preserve the calm, intimate atmosphere throughout.
