As a Psychosynthesis counsellor and trainee psychotherapist, I offer psychospiritual counselling sessions at the Cornish Therapy Centre in Redruth, aimed at individuals who are looking to work with conscious or unconscious patterns that might be adversely influencing or limiting their experience. Psychosynthesis counselling offers itself as a guide to the soul, helping you to address the now by encouraging compassionate curiosity in understanding the historical wounds that can bind and tether us, while nurturing what is new and seeking to emerge for you in your life.
If this post somehow speaks to you, please do get in touch for further information. Sessions are weekly and at the cost of £40 per hour. (Concessions available for low-income/students)
