Founder of She’s Got Guts® · Coach · Nutritionist · Traveller · samba dancer I believe that a holistic approach to coaching brings great benefits. By combining many years of experience coaching groups of women and then one to one clients with bespoke coaching, making use of my arts background, nutritional therapy, dance teacher, holistic therapy and One Of Many coaching tools, I empow

er my clients to find new ways to bring more joy and confidence into their lives. She's Got Guts® was started to promote greater wellbeing through supporting our gut microbiome. This also includes coaching around mindset. When we are able to let go of past events and limiting beliefs that are holding us back from living a life we really want, we are free to experience greater happiness, confidence and success. Since 2012 I have run self development courses with small creative groups of women. Enabling them to let go of limiting beliefs and start building the life they really want. In 2019 I trained as a nutritional therapist as I became increasingly interested in the connection between gut health and the effect on our overall wellbeing. I have introduced many clients to my 21 day gut reset programme as part of their journey to elite health and greater wellbeing. Also Certified in the Science of Wellbeing, that uses positive psychology and science based evidence to teach us to gain more happiness. The final piece of the jigsaw was qualifying as a One Of Many Coach. The programme they offer has allowed me to bring all my skills together and offer exceptional quality coaching with tools that get results. With all the experience I have I take a holistic approach to your life and can tailor a package to your individual needs. Let go of disempowering habits and learn new behaviours to grow inner confidence and experience greater wellbeing. Something I’ve been quietly working on for a while is finally ready — and I’m so excited to share it with you. 🌿

The She’s Got Guts® Archetype Quiz is live!

It’s free, it takes about 3 minutes, and it might just show you something about yourself you’ve never quite been able to put into words.

This isn’t your typical personality quiz. It’s built around five powerful feminine archetypes — each one with her own unique strengths, gifts and way of moving through the world. But here’s where it gets really interesting. Each archetype also carries a shadow saboteur — the hidden pattern that quietly shows up when you’re stressed, stuck or running on empty.

Knowing your archetype is powerful. Knowing your shadow is transformational.
At the end you’ll receive a personalised email sequence written just for you and your archetype — because what you need to hear isn’t the same as what the woman next to you needs to hear.

Click the link, take the quiz and then come back and tell me in the comments — which woman are you? 👇

I’ll be watching to see which archetypes show up! 🌿

Five years ago I had a client who was eating ‘perfectly’ and still felt exhausted every single day.

She’d cut out sugar, gone gluten free, was taking supplements. On paper she was doing everything right.

But she’d missed one thing — she was eating for a generic ‘healthy person’, not for her own unique biology.

Here’s what I’ve learned after 30 years working with women’s gut health:

There is no one-size-fits-all. What heals one woman’s gut can quietly inflame another’s.

So before you cut anything else out, try this:

For one week, keep a simple food and mood diary. Not calories. Not macros. Just notice — how do you feel one hour after eating? Energised or foggy? Settled or bloated? Light or heavy?

Your body is already telling you what it needs. Most of us just haven’t been taught to listen.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start actually nourishing your body in a way that works for you — my Core Courage programme might be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

Drop me a message or find the link in my bio.

Do you know this person?
She’s capable, caring, and has spent years putting everyone else first.

She eats well — or tries to. She exercises — when she can. She does all the right things on paper.

But something still feels off. Her gut is unsettled, her energy is unreliable, and somewhere along the way she lost sight of the woman she used to be.

She’s not burnt out in the dramatic sense. She’s just…dimmed.

If that sounds familiar, I want you to know something important — the way you feel right now is not your forever.

I work with women who have arrived at exactly this place. Somewhere between who they were and who they know they could be.

Women who are done with managing symptoms and ready to get to the root of what’s really going on — in their body, their mind, and their life.

Because the gut and the mind are more connected than most people realise. And when we work with both, everything starts to shift.

If you recognised yourself in any of this, I’d love to have a conversation. My discovery call is free, informal, and might just be the moment everything begins to change.

Because life is too precious to feel stuck. 💛

On June 3rd I come home after six months away.

We’d been planning this trip for thirty years. At some point we realised we couldn’t keep putting it off.
Life — as these past six months reminded me — doesn’t wait.

It wasn’t always easy. We got ill. We got travel weary. Three friends died while we were away — one of them to su***de. The world felt very big and sometimes very heavy.

But we also met the most extraordinary people. From every nationality, every background, every faith. All of them open, warm and kind. In a world that can feel so divided, that mattered more than I can say.

Somewhere around week twelve, sitting in Bali, something shifted in me. I realised I had spent too long dulling my own sparkle.

Worrying about what other people thought. Playing smaller than I needed to.

I came away with plenty of self doubt and some physical injuries that made me insecure about my abilities.
I am returning home stronger both mentally and physically.

Six months of living without daily dramas and self-imposed pressure has shown me something important — I know how I want to live now. And I know how I want to work.

Coming home feels daunting, however I am ready and looking forward to getting myself back to coaching. I am also already planning my next trip — I think I have set a pattern for myself now!

To everyone who has followed along, sent messages, and shared this journey with me — thank you. It meant more than you know.
The next chapter starts now. 🙏

Our last day on the beach. Tomorrow, the long road home begins.
When we set out on this adventure, there was no war in Iran. The world has shifted again in these six months, as it has a habit of doing.
But here is what I can say with certainty: everywhere we’ve been, we’ve met people of every nationality, every faith, every background, and not one of them was any different from us in the ways that matter. Everyone wants to feel safe. Everyone wants to belong to something that’s thriving.
And so many, like me, just want to be free to wander.
The more time you spend moving through the world, really moving through it, meeting its people, the more the differences fade and the similarities take over. We are, when it comes down to it, remarkably alike.
