Good evening all, I hope everyone is bearing up ok. I hope you are all coping with the stresses of the present situation. We all have to be strong and protect our own mental health.
My top tip this week is give yourself at least 1 min a day to yourself. That may not seem a lot or hard to do but try it, it’s harder than you think.
Sit somewhere quiet and switch off the phone and just let your mind wonder. Do this once a day for the next 6 weeks and you will reap the benefits believe me. Mindfulness is a very powerful thing when used right. Take care everyone. Stay safe. Vernon
