I just wanted to pop on here and say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has been sharing our posts over the last few days! 🥰

Honestly, you lovely lot have been amazing.

Advertising when you’re a family business like ours can cost an absolute fortune so when you hit that little share button, tag your friends, tell your neighbours, mention us to someone down the pub it genuinely makes such a difference to us. Facebook might not send you a bill for clicking share but certainly saves us one!

And this time it means even more because we’re trying to spread the word for a really good cause, helping and supporting the communities around us.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable female Live-in Carer/Companion to spend one week supporting a fairly independent lady while her family are away on holiday.

This is a lovely companionship and household support package rather than a complex care placement.

The role will include:

🛒 Helping with shopping and trips out
🍽️ Meal preparation
🏡 Light housekeeping
☕ Friendly companionship and reassurance
💗 Supporting the client to maintain her independence

There is also the possibility of further work across our other live-in care packages afterwards.

You will need:
✔️ To be a confident driver
✔️ Relevant care/companionship experience
✔️ Up-to-date training
✔️ Current/rolling DBS
✔️ Fluent English
✔️ Right to work in the UK
✔️ Availability for the full week

Employed carers are also welcome to apply at our employed rates of pay – details available on application.

We are looking for an experienced male Live-in Carer to support a gentleman living with dementia who has also sustained fractures to his C1 and C2 vertebrae.

Our client enjoys walking, gardening and good, engaging conversation. He also has a dog called Loki 🐶, so you will need to be comfortable around dogs.

The position is expected to work on a 2 or 3-weekly rolling rota. It is initially providing cover while another carer has a hip replacement, with the possibility of further work afterwards.

You will need:
✔️ Live-in care experience
✔️ Dementia experience
✔️ Up-to-date care training
✔️ Current/rolling DBS
✔️ Fluent English
✔️ Confidence supporting additional physical needs
✔️ Right to work in the UK

She enjoys sitting in the garden, doing quizzes and going for a daily walk. She also has a small dog called Dilly 🐶, so you must be comfortable around dogs.

This package could become part of a 3-person, 4-weekly rolling rota, so there is the potential for regular ongoing work.
