✨ Life can become so busy that we move from one thing to the next without even realising how much stress we’re carrying.
Work, family, studying, relationships, finances, responsibilities… sometimes it all builds quietly in the background until our body starts asking us to slow down.

Tension. Exhaustion. Feeling overwhelmed. Becoming emotional more easily. Struggling to switch off. Feeling disconnected from ourselves.

Our bodies often notice what our minds are trying to push through. 🌿

In a world that encourages us to “keep going”, there is real importance in pausing and listening to what we need in those moments — whether that’s rest, support, space, fresh air, boundaries, or simply a moment to breathe.

You do not have to earn rest by reaching breaking point first. 🤍

👀 Let’s clear something up…

Counselling isn’t just for when you’re falling apart.

It’s not about being told what to do.

It’s not just digging up the past.

And you don’t have to “be bad enough” to go.

✨ It’s a space to be heard
✨ To make sense of things
✨ To figure out what you need

💬 Be honest… what’s put you off counselling?

Living with ADHD isn’t just about being distracted or “a bit forgetful.”

It can be:
• Feeling overwhelmed by simple tasks
• Struggling to switch off your mind
• Starting things but finding it hard to finish
• Being really hard on yourself

And often… feeling like no one quite gets it.

I’m creating a small, supportive online space where people with ADHD can come together, share experiences, and learn from each other — without judgement.

This isn’t counselling, just a safe and understanding space.

📅 Starting 11th May
⏰ 7pm (1 hour, weekly for 6 weeks)

If this feels like something you need, feel free to message me 🤍

✨ ADHD Support Circle – Founding Group ✨

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like your brain just works differently… you’re not alone 💛

I’m opening my first ADHD Support Circle — a small, relaxed space to connect with others who get it, share experiences, and explore what actually helps.

🧠 This space is for you if you:
• Struggle with motivation or procrastination
• Feel overwhelmed or burnt out
• Battle with self-doubt or feeling “not enough”
• Want to better understand yourself

💬 What to expect:
• A safe, supportive, non-judgemental space
• Weekly themes (overwhelm, motivation, self-esteem & more)
• Gentle tools and reflections
• No pressure to speak — go at your own pace

📍 Online
👥 Small group (limited spaces)
📅 Commencing 11th May
🕖 7:00pm – 8:00pm (1 hour weekly for 6 weeks)

💰 Founding group offer: £25 for all 6 sessions

This is a support space, not counselling or therapy, facilitated by a trainee counsellor.

If this feels like something you need,
message me “ADHD” to find out more or reserve your space 💛

I am thinking about starting a small ADHD support group for women.

A space for women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, constantly overthinking, struggling with organisation, emotions, masking, relationships or just feeling different and exhausted from trying to keep up with life.

This would be a small online support group running for 6 weeks.

This is not counselling or therapy, but a supportive space to talk, share experiences, learn about ADHD and find ways of working with your brain rather than against it.

If this is something you might be interested in, comment below or message me and I will send more information.

A gentle reminder that therapy isn’t always just a lovely, calm hour where you leave feeling lighter every single time.

Sometimes therapy can feel a bit uncomfortable, sometimes emotional, and sometimes quite tiring. That’s often because you’re talking about things you might have held in for a long time, or feelings you’ve never really had space to explore before.

But therapy should always feel safe, supported, and at your pace. You are always in control of what you share and when. A good therapist will never push you faster than you’re ready to go.

Often, the uncomfortable moments in therapy are where we start to understand ourselves a little more, process things we’ve been carrying, and slowly begin to make sense of our experiences.

Therapy isn’t about being “fixed”.
It’s about being heard, understood, and supported while you figure things out in your own way, in your own time 🤍
