I get so caught up sometimes watching social media and seeing what all the big studios are doing… but the foundations of spin should never be forgotten.

Strong posture.
Shoulders back.
Neutral spine.
Core engaged.
Power through the legs.

That’s the stuff that built spin in the first place. 🚴‍♀️

And don’t get me wrong — I LOVE choreo and rhythm riding. It brings energy, fun and connection to a class ✌️
But the roots of spin will never go anywhere.
