One lap to a km was a dream! The mind was able to turn off and just go hard. I hate that feeling of, “have I done 3 laps or was that 2 laps?” As your heart rate is through the roof🤣 we’ve all been there.

First time I’ve genuinely enjoyed racing at HYROX in terms of body and mind ready to send the race, no injuries or illnesses. I was ready to go💪

Also, to have the and the crew cheering you on every step of the way, you couldn’t help being excited to get after it.

Rolled the dice, came up short 🎲

I never step away from a challenge because I know in those moments, where my brain is screaming at me to stop, is where I grow and callus my mind. Not just in training but in life.

There’s a lot of people that talk a good game and pretend their tough but when push comes to shove, they bottle it and pull out of events they can’t win.

I know it’s tough to work super hard, think you’re in good shape, and still get your ass whooped. Many of people will shy away from that.

But the ones that don’t, the real warriors, they go back to training with a fire burning so fu***ng strong in their gut, they’re licking their chops to go again and see if they can get those motherf**kers next time round.

The work never stops
