Anxiety is a universal emotion, just like joy and sorrow...
We all feel anxiety at some point in our lives...
Anxiety is like an alarm system alerting us about something that the body and/or the mind perceive as a threat...
It becomes a problem only when we get stuck in a loop and don't know how to switch off this anxiety and go back to a peaceful and relaxed state of mind...
