This month we will be delivering the first of our special evening sessions hosted by the North East Folklore society! “ Steam, Salt & Stories: Folklore Sessions”

For centuries, folk have gathered around fires in their community to share stories; stories that share hope, guidance, and wonder.
This summer, join the North East Folklore Society and Steam & Salt for sauna folklore sessions - evenings of myth and magic by the sauna fire, sharing tales of the North East’s history to inspire wonder and grow our beautiful community.
Bring a story to share, or just sit back, enjoy the heat and be fascinated by the folklore stories on offer from others!
