Experience the art of well-being through the seasons at our unique community wellness afternoon. We are delighted to offer this low cost afternoon opening space for all members of our community to come together. Join us for a relaxed afternoon at Wowo Campsite & Wild Spa, a place for slowing down, connecting with yourself, nature and a like-minded community. We'll discuss the wisdom of cyclical living and experience rejuvenating effects of yoga, bathing rituals, food & community. The spa will be open for you to dip in and out when you feel like it, and there will be a communal soup cooking session. Bring a bag of veg to throw in the pot! Let’s slow down, mindfully re-connect, and nourish our bodies, minds, and souls in this relaxed community gathering. 2-6pm
