It’s the weekend ☀️ and back to gym. Trying to do my bit to help with my strength which I know is important as we get older.

Whilst doing my upper body and legs its made me realise how I forget to do exercises for my ankles and feet which would help reduce the number of times I roll my ankle 🫣

I should know better:

Good foot health and strength forms the foundation of stability and helps improve our balance and prevent falls.

I have just dropped my youngest off for her first day at secondary school and I’m looking forward to hearing how it went when I pick her up later!

Are weekends for relaxing?

Started with a 3 mile jog/walk from Maresfield to West Park in Uckfield. Do you recognise any of the landmarks?

Ran to where my youngest was playing a football match which they won 💪 And now a leisurely walk with Bobby 🐶

My client was in pain and didn’t know why as she could not see under her nail.

She was shocked to see what was happening when I showed her the photo.

As you can see in the first photo part of her nail was ingrowing to the surrounding skin causing a lot of discomfort 😫

I was able to remove the part of the nail ingrowing and my client felt instant relief 😮‍💨 😊
