Yesterday's session was with a lovely young mum who is doing a fabulous job of bringing up her 3 young children with her husband ❤️

My job yesterday was to help her to see that its ok to have some time to yourself. Everyone will benefit in the long run because nobody can pour from an empty cup. At SMILE Children’s Charity they understand that caring can take a lot out of the carers and they are happy to help put that right .

Started with reflexology and reiki, then lymphatic drainage and reiki and finished with KCR and reiki .

Thank you lovely ladies and I hope you all had a lovely sleep 😴 💤 😘

Have you ever run yourself ragid and ended up with nothing left to give 🤔

You won't be the only one! I think there is something instilled in a lot of us that makes us think we are invincible . I always tell people that you cant pour from an empty cup 🍵 but do I listen to my own advice 🤔 😌.... I am going to try because I have been beating myself up for forgetting things 😕
One of the nicest girls in the world came for a treatment this morning at 9.30am ....and I had forgotten. You know who you are and I will be eternally grateful for you not being angry with me 🙏
The universe had my back ( thank you ) because my 11am had cancelled this morning because she wasnt well 🙃 I had set the cabin up early so it was sitting all ready .
I hope you enjoyed your treatment this morning and get a good sleep 😴
