Who was lucky enough to see the Moon last night? I was only lucky enough to see her before she disappeared behind the houses because my stepson saw it and text me. ✨🌒✨I think the planet was Venus , another Goddess 💖

She was spectacular ✨ I know I say this all the time, but my goodness was she special last night.

The first 2 photos are taken on my iPhone, the 3rd is one I got sent from someone else who knows my love of the Moon 🌙

Look up tonight, she’s in her waxing phase in the House of Leo ✨🌒✨

I’m getting excited for Summer Solstice, another of my best days and we’re heading off to West wales Sunday so I’m excited for the beach fires 🔥 and sunsets 🌅

Happy Global Wellness Day!

Today is a beautiful reminder that wellness isn’t something we do once in a while, it’s something we weave into our daily lives through small, conscious choices.

Wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be as simple as:
✨ Taking a mindful walk in nature
✨ Drinking an extra glass of water
✨ Spending 10 minutes in meditation or quiet reflection
✨ Choosing nourishing foods
✨ Setting healthy boundaries
✨ Working with a crystal that supports your intentions

Happy Monday! What a beautiful weekend I’ve had, I had the retreat Saturday then a wellbeing fair yesterday.

So many lovely souls joined me for both sessions yesterday, I had some great conversations and the feedback was fantastic and gratefully received 🙏🏻

There’s lots coming up at Gaia, I have the Gemini New Moon Circle Sunday 14th June, Summer Solstice Mini Retreat Saturday 20th June.

I’m not planning any Moon Circles for July due to when her New/Full Moon phase days are - being mid week, but I will be holding some Sound Baths throughout the month.

Thank you Natalie Awakening The Moon for yet another beautiful space. I also heard lots of lovely comments from your guests, you do provide a beautiful nurturing space for all, it’s a lovely spiritual family you’ve created and I’m thrilled to be a part of it.

I’m already looking forward to November and absolutely loved doing the Sound baths.

What a superb day up at Gaia for our Sacred Reset Retreat.
The weather was somewhat wet and blustery, but that didn’t stop 10 beautiful women showing up for themselves 🤩. Gaia was nice and warm and the rain complimented the meditation and sound bath beautifully - give me lemons and I’ll make lemon meringue 😜
Lunch was provided by another beautiful woman - thank you Stella of stellasemporium 🙏🏻

Me and Dawn will be back for more.

Now for food and rest before tomorrow where I’m holding the opening and closing sound bath ceremony at Felbridge hotel for the Awakening The Moon wellbeing fair. Can’t wait! ✨🤍✨
