Due to limited storage space in the pharmacy, prompt collection helps us ensure we have enough room for incoming prescriptions and can continue providing an efficient service for all our patients.

We are currently experiencing an issue with NHS smartcards in branch, which means we are unable to access the NHS Spine at the moment.

As a result, there may be delays in processing prescriptions.

All other services are still available as normal.

We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and will keep you updated.

If your request is urgent, please speak to a member of the team or contact your GP surgery.
