September always feels like a little turning point, doesn’t it? 🍂

The pace begins to change. The evenings slowly draw in, routines return, and after the fullness of summer there’s a natural pull to slow down, turn inwards and take a little more care of ourselves.

sometimes your body is asking for that before you’ve even realised it… Tight shoulders, tense jaw, that heavy feeling around your neck and head, a mind that just won’t switch off.
