Lynn came into club for a free wellness evaluation only 2 weeks ago .
Lynn said she’d tried absolutely everything to lose weight and felt lost ( I think a lot of us can relate )
She agreed to a 2 week induction and we put a plan in place around her busy working /social/family life !!
Well Lynn is absolutely blown away by her results and is now fully invested ! 💥🎉♥️
⬇️ 52cm ⬇️
⬇️ 3.4kg ⬇️…( over half a stone )
⬇️ 1.1% Body fat ⬇️
⬇️ 1/2 Liter visceral fat ⬇️
Her energy increased in a few days , she’s feeling happier and she’s so excited for what’s to come!!
