We are looking for one model for Sunday 1st March at 4pm at Kolaine Beauty Lounge, Kettering.

This will be part of a live demonstration for training purposes, so the treatment will be filmed and demonstrated to students within the clinic, in association with .pro

The successful model must be:
• Happy for their treatment to be filmed
• Comfortable with students observing
• Happy for photos/videos to be taken and used for marketing purposes

We are looking for a suitable case for advanced blemish removal, including:
• Xanthomas
• Pigmentation / age spots
• Sebaceous cysts
• Verrucas

Milia removal using advanced electrolysis technique ✨

In this treatment we are using the tip of the electrolysis probe to carefully break through the surface layer of the skin, allowing access to the centre of the milium. Milia are small cysts filled with keratin, which is a hardened protein trapped beneath the skin.

Once opened correctly, we are then able to gently release the contents using cotton buds. This is a very controlled and effective way to treat milia, especially in delicate areas such as around the eye, helping to avoid unnecessary pressure, pinching or bruising.

Milia commonly appear on normal to dry skin types, and are often seen around the eye area, cheeks and forehead. They can be linked to product build-up, occlusive skincare, or simply the skin’s natural renewal process becoming slightly sluggish.

Blemish removal is carried out using advanced electrolysis techniques, which work by applying controlled heat to the blemish. This creates a dehydration effect, allowing the blemish to safely break down and heal naturally. A small scab is expected as part of the normal healing process.

All treatments will be performed by a student practitioner, closely supervised and observed by me throughout, ensuring safety, correct technique, and high professional standards at all times.

Sometimes we take health for granted, but some families are facing challenges no child should have to go through 💛

Today Myla and Paisley are doing a sponsored run at school to raise money for one of their teacher’s daughters. She has a rare genetic condition called Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC), which causes tumours to grow in different parts of the body and can lead to ongoing health challenges. There is currently no cure.
