'A seasonal Pause for thought'

Yule-Imbolc ✨⭐️✨

In this season Mother Earth is sleeping, recouping, a time of stillness, reflection and dreaming.

Upon the medicine wheel I work and connect with, it is also the seasonal element of Air/Breath/Wind/Winged/Ancestral Star Nations/Spirituality.

It is the perfect time between now and Imbolc (1st Feb) to go deeper within.

Be still.
Connect with your breath/life force and Creator.

Go deeper spiritually.

Meditate.

Walk, See your breath in the cold air, your life force... your energy and spirit.

Contemplate what it is you would like to give your energy to over this coming year?

What are you going to 'dream in' in this time of stillness and reflection?

What part of the self would you like to give birth too, nourish, nurture and grow when the sun returns bringing new life in spring? ✨⭐️✨
