CK Coaching I make it easy for the over 40s, to look, move and feel better, without wasting precious time. Aging is good & bad, but however you view it, you can't stop it.

What you can do is slow down, and even reverse some of the effects. If your at that point where you can't do what you used to, or you keep picking up niggling injuries, or you have aches & pains, or just need to feel more energised, then I can help.
