Wishing a Happy New Year to all my clients past and present! It's been another busy and successful year helping you recover from injuries and fixing pains! It's always incredibly rewarding seeing my clients improving fitness, strength and well-being. I rarely post on here but I really appreciate all the fantastic feedback I receive and I want to continue to reach out to as many new people as possible.

I wanted to recognise the achievement of 3 of my regular clients who completed the 113 mile spine challenger race in 35 hours after many months of training and determination, overcoming injuries and pushing themselves with our weekly training sessions they have got fitter and stronger every week! Congratulations you are inspirational! Also raising some money for breast cancer awareness through the link in comments.

I've seen a lot of people out jogging today which is great! If your new to running or looking to get fitter this year and want to keep on track and injury free get in touch. I have helped many runners over the past few years with injuries and building training plans. Returning to Facebook to write my final post of the year! I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! After such a bizarre year it has been a pleasure to help so many people with their pain & injuries as well as helping more people reach their fitness goals and improve overall health & wellbeing. Welcome back to all my clients! Lots of updates about Body Smart you know me as Pain Fix. I have been busy during lockdown preparing the best injury rehabilitation programs, fitness, nutrition & wellbeing coaching plans available. Combined with my hands on therapy you will receive the best all around treatments for pain and personal guidance.

It will be brilliant to be able to see a range of clients old and new. Treatments for neck pain, back pain, shoulders, hip, knee etc. Runners, fitness class goers, cyclists, sports players, office workers, trades workers, drivers, all ages and levels of fitness Body Smart will help you. I'm available weekdays at my clinic in Haworth, as well as at Eastburn Fitness Centre and at Duo Fitness Studio.
