Everyone at OGCancerNI would like to pass on our congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Blaney on their recent wedding. Lauren and William decided to forego wedding favours, instead choosing to make a donation to us in memory of Lauren’s father, William Smith, whom they sadly lost to this disease. A great event yesterday. 25 cancer charities in one room, really valuable conversations about how we can work together to best support cancer patients and their families. As well as an opportunity to speak to local politicians, highlighting the work we do and issues we are currently facing. Delighted to have been a part of it.

What a fantastic event at Stormont today! We spoke to lots of MLAs about the work we do and the Health Minister about BEST4. A very productive day raising awareness and speaking to other charities. So much interest in our cruise ballot competition and of course Oggie was a huge hit as always!
