2 beautiful reiki healing sessions today. Both very different but both so amazing. I am always in awe of reiki 🙏 V grateful.

Reiki is so calming and relaxing and i feel from feedback and personal experience that it really helps reduce anxiety uplift mood and helps with sleep problems 💞

I always take time after the session to chat about any emotions or feelings you may have had and how you felt the session has been. I often see colours and visions throughout which I will let you know if you wish. Also if you are open to receiving guidance or messages from angels or spirit I will always let you know anything that came through to me during the session. 🙏
