You can by going to your local gym. Lulu, one of the people we support in Gatley, joined Tone and Trim The Community Gym in Wythenshawe. It is a friendly, all abilities community gym for people with complex health conditions and disabilities. Lulu, sat on her favourite machine, goes every Thursday.
