Yogaholic I teach weekly hatha, vinyasa and gentle yoga via zoom. I have qualified as a 200 hour yoga teacher trained with appleyoga.

I'm qualified in SUP yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, chair yoga, Yin, restorative, Menopause, Thai yoga massage, aqua yoga, kids & teens, pregnancy yoga, baby massage and sound baths to name a few. I can teach Hatha yoga, vinyassa flow and dynamic flow to beginners, mixed level and general level.
