During a Renew session guests are invited to join in the optional led prayer time where one of the hosts will lead a short time of prayer and meditation - this could be at the beginning, middle or end of the session and is usually held in a separate room or in a sectioned off area in the social space.

Team member Margaret visited two of our Renew Hubs in the South of England. Firstly was Wi******er where they had to add extra chairs to the prayer space and then visiting the busy, welcoming café space, Renew 139 in Bognor Regis. Two really great examples of Renew Wellbeing spaces keen to share their good practice with others.
